Ed Bigazzi
Director
Prior to joining Ironbridge in 2006, Ed worked as an analyst in Citigroup's Investment Banking Division for two years. Ed was initially involved in advising clients in the General Industrials and Financial Services sectors, eventually moving to dedicated private equity client coverage.
During his time at Citigroup, Ed worked on a number of mergers and acquisitions, equity raisings, debt raisings and placements.
Since joining Ironbridge Ed has been extensively involved in the Easternwell "buy and build" and subsequent bolt-on transactions and the investment in Bravura.
Ed has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Sydney.
