Kerry McIntosh
New Zealand Operational Partner
Kerry has seven years of private equity experience with Ironbridge and 13 years of investment banking experience with Credit Suisse First Boston ("CSFB"), whom he joined in Wellington, New Zealand, in 1991.
Over the next ten years he worked on a number of landmark transactions across a wide range of industries, Including the Ameritech sell down of Telecom NZ, various dairy co operative mergers and a number of IPOs.
In 2000 Kerry completed the Programme For Management Development at Harvard Business School. Subsequently he transferred to CSFB in Australia as a Director, where he assumed responsibility for regional Financial Sponsor coverage and where he led the innovative financing of the Repco buyout. Kerry left CSFB in 2004 to return to New Zealand, where he established the Ironbridge office.
Within the Ironbridge I portfolio Kerry assisted Ironbridge as an Operational Partner to complete the RTG and Qualcare transactions. Within Ironbridge II Kerry has assisted Ironbridge as an Operational Partner to complete the EnviroWaste and MediaWorks transactions.
Kerry holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Canterbury University.
