Ironbridge

Matt has ten years private equity experience and has been with Ironbridge since 2005.

Matt commenced working in the insolvency industry with Ferrier Hodgson where he gained his Chartered Accounting qualifications. At Ferrier's, he worked on some of the largest distressed work outs and insolvency appointments in the Asia Pacific region.

In 1998, Matt entered the private equity industry where he sourced, led and managed investments in Hastie Holdings, Austral Refrigeration and Drive Holdings. He was also actively involved in transacting and managing investments in Bullivants, Bluestone and Vanglobe.

Matt joined Ironbridge in November 2005. He led the recent EnviroWaste transaction and was extensively involved in the Super A-Mart transaction. He currently represents Ironbridge interests on the Boards of EnviroWaste and Mrs Crocket's Kitchen.

Matt is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business degree from UTS Sydney.
